Description

Zovirax Cold Sore Cream is indicated in adults and children for the treatment of a cold sore

Ingredients

Active Ingredients:
Aciclovir 5% w/w

Other ingredients:
Dimeticone, Propylene glycol, Poloxamer 407, Cetostearyl Alcohol, Sodium Laurilsulfate, White Soft Paraffin, Liquid Paraffin, Arlacel 165 (Glycol Monostearate, Macrogol Streate 100), Purified Water.

Directions

- Wash your hands before and after treating your cold sore so you don’t make it worse or infect someone else.
- Squeeze or pump a small amount of cream onto your finger.
- Apply to the affected area 5 times a day, (about every 4 hours).
- If you forget a treatment, apply some as soon as you remember and continue as before.
- Continue treatment for 5 days.
- Do not exceed the stated dose

Warnings

- Do not use in eyes, on genitals or in the mouth or nose.
- Do not refrigerate.
- Do not use if the carton ends are open.
- Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children
- You should carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use

- If full healing has still not occurred after 10 days, or if your cold sore becomes very severe
