Night Nurse Liquid - 160ml

Description

Night Nurse liquid provides relief from cold and flu symptoms such as aches, pains, fevers, shivers, runny nose, tickly cough
and sore throat

Ingredients

Active ingredients Each 20 ml dose contains Paracetamol 1000 mg, Promethazine Hydrochloride 20 mg, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 15 mg.
Other ingredients Liquid glucose, ethanol (alcohol), macrogol 300, sodium cyclamate, acesulfame K, sodium citrate, ascorbic acid, disodium edentate, medicated flavour liquid, colours quinoline yellow (E 104) and patent blue V (E 131) and water

Directions

Adults and children 16 years and over: One 20 ml measured dose (or four 5 ml spoonfuls). Take just before going to bed.
Maximum duration of continued use without medical advice: 3 days.
Not to be given to children under 16 years except on medical advice.

Warnings

- Do not exceed the stated dose.
- Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of an overdose, even if you feel well.
- May cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery. Avoid alcoholic drinks.
- Keep all medicines out of the reach of children

Do not take if:

- you have ever had an allergic reaction to any of the other ingredients
- you have a chest infection, worsening asthma or severe respiratory problems
- you are taking or have taken monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) prescribed for depression in the last two weeks.
- you are taking any other flu, cold or decongestant medicines or with alcohol.
- you are taking any other paracetamol-containing products.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist if:

- you have liver or kidney disease.
- you have diabetes, glaucoma, epilepsy, difficulty passing urine, or prostate problems.
- you have an underlying medical condition, are taking any other medication or complementary therapy.
- symptoms persist.
- you are breastfeeding, pregnant, planning to become pregnant.
